This blog is for the average person. Every time I come across barefoot shoe reviews, I find the ultra-marathoner, the mountain climber, the athlete. I don’t know about you, but I am not any of those things. I exercise for about 45 minutes a day, but for the rest of the time, I work at an office, read my books, write my reviews, and just hang out. These reviews are for people like me. The ones who want to get healthier feet but feel barefoot shoes are for the ultra-athlete.
