The Barefoot Blog

Here’s my barefoot shoe blog! This entire page will be all the reviews and posts I write about the type of shoes I’m passionate about. There’s this stigma about barefoot shoes: they look like gloves for your feet. They’re unstylish and look awkward to wear in public. I’m making this to show that this isn’t the case. These shoes can be an excellent fit for anyone and don’t have to look silly, either.

I firmly believe that good foot health starts with walking more barefoot. I’m not a doctor, and this isn’t medical advice, but I’ve walked barefoot every chance I got as a kid. As I got older, I generally avoided sandals when walking in nature and never wore slippers at home. Now, I wear slippers at home because my feet get cold, especially since there isn’t much carpet in my apartment, so the floors are freezing.

This blog is just my personal experience. As someone who isn’t a super athlete, I want people to know that wearing barefoot shoes is okay. You don’t need to be a hiker, marathon runner, or freak of human nature. Ordinary people can wear these, too, and they look fine now. You don’t have to worry about looking silly. No one has ever said a thing to me about them when I wear them, and I haven’t had a single person even notice I wore barefoot shoes.
